Our story
Why Roadvault exists
Roadvault Transport was set up in Nottingham in 2026 to do roadside help properly. We’d seen too many drivers left guessing: no idea what it would cost, no idea when help would turn up, and a tow when all they really needed was a new battery.
So we built Roadvault around the opposite. Published prices. A test before a tow. An honest arrival time, and the total confirmed in writing before we set off. We cover cars and motorbikes today, including batteries fitted where you are, with mobile tyre fitting and van recovery on the way.
We’re local, we answer our own phone, and we’d like to be the number you save in your contacts, just in case.
How we work

Our rates are published, and your total is confirmed in writing before we set off. Nobody should have to haggle at the side of the road.
Test, don't guess
We diagnose before we recover. If a new battery gets you home, you shouldn't be paying for a tow.

Every car and bike is loaded and secured as if it were our own, with the right kit for modern vehicles.
Straight answers
Honest arrival times, plain English and no call centre. If we can't help, we'll tell you quickly so you can call someone who can.
