- Waiting timeThe first 30 minutes are free. After that, if we're kept waiting at collection or drop-off (for keys, access or paperwork), it's charged in 30-minute blocks.

Battery prices depend on what your vehicle needs: standard, EFB or AGM, and its size. Send us your registration and we’ll reply with one price covering the battery, the fitting and the call-out, before we come out.

About our prices
How do you count the miles?
From where we collect your vehicle to where we drop it off, rounded up to the next whole mile. The first 5 miles are included in the call-out. The call-out also covers us getting to you anywhere within 10 miles of our NG5 base, so you don't pay for our journey to you unless you're further out.
When do night rates apply?
Night rates apply 8pm to 8am, plus all day on bank holidays. Daytime rates apply 8am to 8pm, every day except bank holidays.
Will the price change once you arrive?
No. We confirm the total by text or WhatsApp before we set off, and that's what you pay. The only time it changes is if something extra is needed that you didn't know about, like skates for a locked wheel, and we'll always ask you first.
Do I need to be a member of anything?
No. We're pay-as-you-go: no membership, no subscription, no joining fee.
Do your prices include VAT?
Every price on this site is the total you pay. There's no VAT to add on top.
